Revamp Udacity's YouTube channel to maximize its potential as a brand awareness engine by developing a comprehensive, SEO-optimized content strategy, launching new content formats, and optimizing for audience engagement and subscriber growth.

Key Results:

  • Generated 6.4 million video views and 32,071 new subscribers in first 12 months of revamped strategy through an SEO-optimized strategy

  • Launched flagship Inside The Classroom playlist in Q1 2024, which drove 177k video views across 2024 and generated 2,099 new subscribers

  • Created first viral video for Udacity since 2017 within the Inside The Classroom series, becoming the top performing video on the channel in 2024
