Assembling & Leading a 10-Person Content Studio
Objective:
Build and lead the content studio for SimplyCodes (Product.ai’s flagship product) from scratch — hiring the team, overhauling the brand presence across YouTube, blog, and all social channels. Repositioning the company's content channels from a generic content hub to a media-grade operation.
Key Results:
Built and managed a 10-person content studio (3 HQ + 7 contractors) spanning video editors, scriptwriters, researchers, an animator, a YouTube strategist, a thumbnail designer, and on-camera talent
Led a channel-wide overhaul in branding, design, and channel strategy across YouTube and the company blog
Rebranded the blog into a journalist-facing PR resource (Shopping, Decoded), laying the foundation for the digital PR program that generated 151 media placements in the following quarter
After org restructuring, maintained output and quality standards with a leaner team — demonstrating the durability of the operating model
Promoted from Content Strategy Lead to Director of Content & Authority Strategy after 6 months
